This is for VENUE RENTAL ONLY, NO DECORATIONS ARE INCLUDED. We are located in Austell, GA on Austell Rd near South Cobb High School. The space holds up to 250 people, however we only have 70 clear Chivari chairs, 6 round tables and 9 rectangular tables that comes with the rental at the moment. We have a local vendor who you may rent more chairs from or you may bring your own. The venue can hold up to 200 people.  The space comes with 3 restrooms, a dressing room, Wi-Fi, prep kitchen and free parking. By purchasing this package, you understand there are no refunds on the Black Friday Special
