A $200 Refundable Incidental Deposit is required for all bookings. The Deposit is refundable if all venue rules are adhered to. 

All events over 30 people require an in-house Security Officer, which will be added on to the rental rate. The cost for security depends on the amount of hours the venue is rented for.  Rates begin at $150 for security.
